This wine is made entirely from grapes grown in the San Giacomo Vineyard. This style of dry Lambrusco is what the locals prefer as an accompaniment to the hearty regional cuisine. It is elegant and refined, produced with 11.5% alcohol content. It is very lively and shows traces of rose petals in the bouquet, pleasant fruit character on the palate and a very clean, long finish.
