Description
Varietal: 80% Tempranillo, 20% Merlot
Maturation: 5 months in French oak barrel.
Visual Stage: Deep cherry red colour with violet hints. Medium-high layer.
Olfactory Stage: On the nose you will find ripe fruit, spices, licorice of its ageing in French oak barrels.
Tasting Stage: On the palate is fruity, fleshy, powerful, persistent with a very pleasant finish.
Food match: It goes perfectly with red meats, cheese and fatty fish.
Serving temperature recomendations: Serve at temperature of around 16ºC (61ºF)
