Soil: alluvial, clayey, strong and deep for Ancellotta. Rough granulometric ground, shallow and very permeable, high plains and foothills for other species of wine.
Colour: ruby red
Scent: fruity with floral heues aroma, fragrance
Taste: sweet, pleasantly dense and full bodied
