Grapes varieties: 100% Greco organically cultivated.

Training system: Espalier. Harvest period: First ten days of September.

Maturation: In stainless steel tanks for 5 months, in the bottle for 2 months.

Palate: Firm, delicate even if with a good acidity. Serving temperature: Not less than 12/14°C.

Pairing suggestions: Seafood and fish with sauces on top, mussels, well seasoned pasta.
